James Loy
James started his career in audit with Price Waterhouse until he was a manager before becoming the Group Financial Controller and subsequently the Chief Financial Officer of a Singapore main board listed company in Contract Manufacturing. During his 29 years of career, he has held other senior management positions in Finance, Business Development and General Management and also involved in several M&A and an IPO advisory projects in Singapore and Malaysia. He joined Arete M as one of the company’s early founders and CFO in June 2014.
He graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant.
