Mr Yip Yew Seng
Yew Seng has over 25 years of experience in the telecom/ ICT, electronics, defence, engineering and innovation industries. He has worked in blue-chip MNCs, GLCs, government, start-ups and academia in Singapore, USA, UK, Israel, China and Cambodia, in various executive capacities as technical, management, business development, regulatory/ standards, investment and system engineering professionals. He also held leadership positions in systems engineering and telecom communities, serving as the President of INCOSE Singapore (2017-2019) and the Honorary Secretary/ Exco of Association of Telecom Industries of Singapore. His qualifications include MSc, BEE (Honors), GDBA, PMP and CSEP (INCOSE). He is a CFA Member and also completed certifications in Radio Engineers Development Program, Infocom Specialist Manpower Program and Commercial Law.
